We (me and my guild mates) did guild dungeon and was able to finish it.After clearing the dungeon,we exited and tried to submit the accumulated contribution points but to our surprise,the points were unusable (by clicking the "donation button" the points automatically adds up to our skill points and prosperity points).When we click the button,it just sits there and no contribution points were added.

What more do you need... be patient its sent off to the devs... its not like this is a game stopping issue. Give em at least 2wks to get it fixed and in rotation to be patched in and fixed.

 

 

All of you whining and crying about this non game breaking issue is real annoying.

This game has no weekly scheduled maintenance; we only ever get an "emergency maintenance" every so often, at random times. Guild contribution has been bugged since 21/6/2018. Nothing we can do but wait, sadly.

Today is 4th of July in the US, I will try to get you all an update on the situation tomorrow.

We are waiting for a position, we are 2 weeks with this bug, the more we will have to wait and how we will be compensated for this

This is a lack of respect for the player, over 2 weeks to solve a bug.

The staff has informed me that ROj Dev team will deliver the fix some time this week.
