Hello Everyone,

 

Please note that PayPal and Credit Card payments are unavailable at this time as a WarpPortal Payment option. The issue is currently being looked into and updates will be posted once it has been resolved.

Credit card payment is not accessible.  Just tried it less then a minute ago!

Thank you for the reports. The PayPal Payment option has been resolved and operational as intended.

 

However, Credit Card Payment option is unavailable at this time as a WarpPortal Payment option.

 

The issue is currently being looked into and updates will be posted once it has been resolved. 

 

Please use alternative payment methods for the time being. Thank you!

So I tried purchasing with Paypal, and it's still not working. So then I tried submitting a ticket and guess what, "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.

Please register a support account and/or try a different web browser to send the ticket. Ensure the ticket content is not too lengthy. If the issue persists contact Xealot on forums.

My credit card cannot made 2nd payment after I made the 1st payment  :hmm:  It said "Declined: 15005- This transaction cannot be processed."

Please submit a ticket to Payment Support, the staff will need to look into the issue closely on the affected account [reference].
