Issue -

Costume sprite missing for:

1. Costume Blue Rose Eyepatch

2. Costume Blue Frill Ribbon

3. Costume Sitting Pope

4. Costume White Cat

5. Costume Lolita Two Side Up

6. Costume Large Ribbon Muffler (Black)

Description -

After 29th June 2018 patch, I un-installed (clean un-install) and re-installed the game. After re-installation and having all the patching done, the sprite for the aforementioned costumes become missing.

Able to log in and play the game normally with those costumes equipped, but clicking on the costumes (left or right click) will result in an error popping up for missing sprite and crashes the game.

The following steps will force repatch the game client a week before the release date of mentioned costumes,

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Clear Internet Explorer cache, if you don't know how please check Appendix #2 in this post.
  3. Make sure Ragnarok Online.exe and Ragexe.exe are set to run as an admin all the time, if using dedicated antimalware/antivirus programs make sure the same are white-listed from the active scans.
  4. Download patch.inf from this link, make sure to read the instructions carefully.

Let us know how that goes.
