The Srever is down? I can not login (today 02/07/2018) about 5 hours ago. There is almost no English, and I find no information of any maintenance or anything

Mondays are maintenance days unless it's an American holiday. They usually start 3pm PST. As of this post, there are still roughly 45 minutes (planned). Please be patient and the game will be back up soon!
