i need help i am on the quest at part where u need to inform mayshell all websites say there are 2 spots for npc one south of rachel and in veins 5 i have found the one in rachel but she is not working so went to find other in veins 5 and she is not there need help bad anyone

keep searching and send a ticket. If she really is no there it ma be bug and you need official help.

Remember also, that I believe that part of the quest is on a timer. If you don't wait the allotted time to try and find her, it wont start the quest dialog, it will just tell you to come back later.
