Rounding up to 20% chances, its 1 in 625 chances you'll get +14. Still low. So don't QQ much saying you're unlucky, coz when you bought that HD and pressed enter, you entered a gambling that, of course, has all the odds against you.

Law of Averages, my friend :v After a lucky streak, you're expected to have a bad one. I shiny hunt on Pokemon, so I'm super familiar with this   After an easy shiny, I always expect my next one to take some time, because your average must tend towards the scripted rate. Get one under 100 encounters, get the next one in 10,000. Got my OMW and OBC to +10 within 5 tries (OBC at 1st try), can't +10 my Immune shield after 30 tries.

There is a dupe RMT shop selling +18 lacryma.

Perhaps they had 1 +15 in the first place.
Then dupe 10 pieces.
Refine one by one, 1 of 10 made it to +16.
Dupe 10 pieces of +16.
Refine one by one, 1 made to +17. And so on until +20

What Fuyuki said is probably not wrong. That +18 or +20 is nothing though. Some people probably run around with Bio 5 level 10 enchants.

I’m most concerned with MvP cards dropping from dupped BBs are considered legit lol

Open a crypto exchange. Print crypto out of thin air. Sell for fiat.

Camp needs to look at the owners of +20 gears and check if these are duped. Unlike MVP cards dropped from duped BBs, the BBs are consumables and are gone after they are used. The MVP cards will appear legit, and its near impossible to track whether they come from legit or duped BBs. The +20 gears clearly come from duped +18 gears, so of course they should still appear as duped, and thus easy to check.

Even if those items were in Chaos. I doubt if Warpportal would do anything. Hopefully those +20 items are in Thor.

getting to high refines was easy on pRO. they have 'Blessed' Ores which works like blacksmith's blessing, and it was given as a 'top up reward' for every X points purchased(?). although i dont know up to which refine is it's limits. maybe up to +20? or maybe it was made like fuyuki's claim.

i've never seen that character roam around in thor though. and neither those +20s rumors that people keep fearing about.

 

it's either:

1. banned

2. hidden somewhere in his alts

3. not playing anymore

4. deleted by the gms

 

i think it was deleted. because almost everyone in thor started at lvl 150 and at maximum exp. this genetecist is lvl 151 (which i assume leveled up due to 1 exp gained).

it should be the other way around since the people who cheats are in chaos. the only thing chaos have that thor doesn't is the 4 digit population.
