Somebody report me i scam zenny

I dont know if this is scam.,i buy items +12valkmantue +10valk knife for 1,500,000,000 zeny.,i pay for that.,that is the only and last transaction i did before i got banned.,

This is the rules here. ?and the GM's are one sided. ?they did not get explanation to other side? If somebody report you the GM's will take some action.,first is getting info for both sides right.?

This is not only game.,we spend too much money here.,come on GM's.,

First thing you need to do if you got banned is raising support ticket here to clarify things.

 

You can keep pestering cinnamon for reminding the staff by sending your ticket number through private message.

Greetings epoy1387,
To assist with account suspension please follow the steps below.

  • Go to Warpportal Support page [here].
  • Click on Submit a Ticket.
  • Choose Ragnarok Online from Department.
  • Click Next.
  • Choose Account Recovery as type of ticket.
  • Add the other important information as required.
  • Make sure to enter a valid email to get ticket updates.
  • In the Message Body make sure to state the ID of the account with issue and the error message (screenshot of the error preferred).
  • Add any other information you find necessary.
  • Send the ticket.

The ticket will enter a queue, first come first serve. It might take time for your plea to get a response so please be patient.

 

That being said, we will not be able to discuss an account suspension openly on forums, it requires the account owner to inquire the same with the GM staff. Should you encounter issues with sending a ticket, try switching to another web browser and or register a support account then try to send a ticket again.
