What is the difference between Poisoning Weapon and Venom Pressure and which is better?

Also for a GX if i want to be a crit build, is there a build that would be affective in mvp and pvp?

And as for Equipment is there any suggestions.

u first have to use poison weapon then u can use venom pressure. poison weapon has a 16% (not sure if its correct but its close) chance to poison the opponent when u cltr click on him and venom pressure has a 90% chance to poison the opponent when u use the skill on him but if it fails u loose a certain amt of hp. so if u r crit build then poison weapon is good other wise venom pressure is better if u have high hit. and if ur going crit build reduce ur str and vit a lil say buy 10 and add it to luk. luk is awesome in renewal
