Can we have a NPC for shadow armors that we can use safe to 7 tickets to reduce the cost of upgrading and opening shadow costume boxes? Just suggesting. Thank you

Should have posted this in the Proposal/Suggestion section. Good idea though. Would be quite lame to those who just went through RNG to get theirs +7ed.

If your proposal help wp make money, I think this can be implement in game.
So we just use normal safe to +7 certificate or special one?
I suggest, create a Shadow gear eat mimic in eden to change +7 up shadow gear to safe to +7 shadow gear certificate with certain rate. This was encourage people open more shadow gear box, keep the good one and try to enhance the normal one. After the trash shadow gear has been +7 or higher, if they willing, then they can try their luck in shadow gear eat mimic to change safe to +7 shadow gear certificate. XD haha just a opinion.
Of course GM can either make a new option in current safe to +7 refine NPC or create a new one to accept this new shadow certificate.

Or just make the BSB usable with shadow equipments. Currently liberation set worths 1b +- each piece at +0 and I dont want to gamble this amount of money :S
