And The Costume Toy Syringe option are actually Costume Sting Silk Ribbon.

Considering what the costume is like I'd say it's the description that needs to be fixed, not the position.

The costume supposedly is lower, that if we go by jRO and/or kRO.

But the other wigs like Lolita Two Side-Up and the Volume Low Twin are just like this one and they are equipped in the lower slot 'u'

Also the same thing happened with the Fluffy Angel Cape, description said it equipped in lower, but for the first week it actually equipped in upper ;;'
