Does having fenrir card decrease waterballs channel time? Will it result in being able to cast it more often? Also, fenrir vs 1x kiel for warlock, which is better? I use survivor and lacryma sets.

im asking you.

coz i dont want to explain something if you dont know the basic knowlege on how the game works.

 

especially for people who can afford Fenrir and Kiel.

fenrir card decreases FIXED CAST TIME. 

 

if you see a bar appearing on top of your character, that's a cast bar. a cast bar's speed is determined by Fixed Cast time and Variable Cast time. Variable cast time can be 100% reduced by stats and equipments. fixed cast times can be reduced with percentage FCT reduction or fixed time FCT reduction. Fenrir card falls under the Percentage FCT reduction.

I was more referring to the waterball animation that locks your char in place.
