As we all see, support website is down and most people are unable to send a ticket or to reply to them. An alternative way to send the ticket is to log in your e-mail address that you have linked to your Support account and write to ROsupport@warpportal.com. Once your message is received by the system, it will respond back automaticaly assigning your e-mail to a ticket number.
