Hi!

I tried to charge WP Energy for Kafra points through the Kafra shop in the game,

but no active / dynamic pages appeared not like some guides such as http://www.warpporta...nglish_pow.html

 

I can't find any tabs, "Buy WP Energy", "Video for WP", "Result", etc. and their contents.

 

I wrote a ticket but the reply was just waiting until they solve it.

 

I asked this question some days ago, but this problem has last for some years. - everytime I've given up using Kafra shop.

 

I use latest Firefox and Internet Explorer but Chrome.

 

Does anybody know what the problem is?

 

If so, please tell me what and how to do.

I don't know the solution but just asking for more information: What region are you trying to access the game from? Are you playing with a Steam client or the regular one?

First, I'm a normal Steam user and began to play RO2 through it at the first time, but I don't log in these days. - I just log in RO2 directly nowadays.

 

Second, I'm trying to visit https://secure.warpp...ayment/game.grv and charge WP Energy but failed everytime.

 

Third, I visited the site above through [WarpPortal > PowerUp] and the Kafra shop button at the right top on the game, RO2.

 

There's no error message from browsers.

 

Do I have to log in Steam and then visit that site? Or is it possible only in some conditions?

If your account was created through Steam, you will need to purchase your Kafra Points for that specific account through Steam. While you may be able to purchase WPE from the WarpPortal website for your WarpPortal account, you won't be able to convert them to Kafra Points for your Steam-created account.

I didn't know I cannot charge WPE in WarpPortal site directly because I created my account through Steam.

 

Even if it was difficult to find out how to do but I figure out how to register VISA card.

 

I didn't go further yet but I think this will work.
