Hi All, hope you are great!

 

First, i'm sorry about my english!  :(

 

Every day, since two weeks ago, when i try to log in my Level up account, i received this message.

 

Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.
Please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the Support site:
https://support.warpportal.com/

 

This is are the step to log in with my Level up games account:

 

1. Access http://levelup.com.b...gnarok-journey/

2. Click on "Jogue agora em um clique" (Play right now with one click).

3. Fill the fields with my username and password

4. The browse show me the message

 

But, when i try to log in with my warpportal account i don't receive this message. Below is the steps:

 

1. Acces http://playroweb.com/

2. Click on game start

3. Fill the fields with my warpportal account

4. Choose server

5. Play

 

I guess that error is on level up games link.

 

Could you please help me? Please.

Please fix this bug, every day, if you leave the game, you can not return for at least 4 hours. This only happens at the level up login. This bug has been 2 weeks and no solution. Please fix this. Thank you

Use a different platform is the only fix that works for me. I cannot charge through warpportal using my desktop and had to use my phone to do so because of that error. Try using a different computer, your tablet, your phone, etc to login your warpportal account.

 

No, clearing cache/cookies didn't work for me.

No, changing VPN location also didn't work for me.

This is an issue OP is having on the Levelup.com site not the warpportal site so he would need to contact them.

I tried, but me and my friends had this problem with all platform.

I opened a ticket in Level Up, but they answer me they not support ragnarok journey.
 
Like the message says, contact warpportal support.

Hi Varitas,

 

Hope you are okay!

 

We still having problems, could you please check if it is was fixed?

 

I can't login right now, and this is happen for two months. We can't do daily quests, world boss, PVP, WOE, nothing...

 

Its really hard to play with this bug.
