will crushing strike buff be removed when you hit a player and missed or it was perfect dodged?

Crit Crush Strike normally dont miss unless its Perfect Dodge. I havent tested but the buff will still stay unless you hit a target. Lets wait for the others.

it can miss if you have enough crit shield and rng

depends on how the hit is "consumed".
iirc something like p.dodge wouldnt consumed the hit, can't say regular dodge coz i never seen CS or EB in action (wich behaves the same way) as not crit. Something like Safety Wall results in a "miss", but consumes the hit

Your best bet is to just try it out

I remembered when i was soloing at bio5 with my RK. I cast Crush Strike at KK and it missed. She cast Safety Wall right when i hit her. My CS was consumed by her SW.

Crush Strike is like Exceed Break.

1) It's similar to EDP, which is "endowed" on the weapon.
      -dispel won't remove it
      -switching weapons will remove it.

2) It will miss when target has enough FLEE.

3) Strictly speaking it's not a skill but an auto attack, which means:

    -Double Attack can proc
    -Could CRIT
    -Perfect Dodge will "suspend" it --it won't disappear, unlike when dodged by FLEE.
    -People with 100 perfect Dodge render it useless.

4) Using Counter Attack skill will make you crit crush strike at 100% rate.

    -this skill can be done at will and needs a bit of practice to do so. (really easy)
