FIRST OF ALL: Its been 4 days that I'm trying to open this puppy titcket and the website just crash. So here it goes.
Hello! On 09/05 Iv'e bought the Weighted jewelry set at Mina, in Junon and socketed a Ruby[7] in each part. At 06/09 the gem vanished from the ring. I've deleted the char but the jewelry are still in my storage. And one or two days before it, same happened but with the int jewelry from Mina, I've socketed a sunstone[7] in each part and the gem from the ring also vanished.. But I let it away cuz i could just made a mistake and not socketed a gem. Who know. Once it happened again with the Ruby, I've noticed its a bug/error. Would like to get at least the Ruby[7] back.
