This was my fault to be honest. I was thinking it was a different issue than it really was. Cinnamon asked that I triple check and we found the scripting issue.

Please fix it ASAP, and maybe when you're at it you can tweak the number of Arc Elder spawns in NCT 2nd floor to like 15 monsters spawn at a time instead of pair monsters at a time

Overpriced bio5 vendors including me will have more undercutters competitors which I'd gladly to have
