Problem: Jupitel Thunder Mastery description talk about reaching level 4 when the skill max out at 3.

Should be: Not mention about the level 4 or let the skill level over level 3.

Steps to Reproduce: Do a mage open skill book, select Sorcerer and put mouse cursor on Jupitel Thunder Mastery.

Some skills will have their caps increased when you reach Master Levels. It is even recommended to save some skill points if you're not in a rush to use them all.
