Hello there,

If you created the account through Steam then you must use Steam client/overlay to purchase points and game time. Using Warpportal website to purchase points for RO steam accounts will not work.

 

To purchase points using Steam:

1. Launch the game from Steam.
2. Log in to your server.
3. Click on the Kafra Shop/Cash Shop icon found by the mini map.
   Note: This option is only available to Renewal servers, so if you play on Classic log to any Renewal server and complete the steps. The points are shared among a single ID (Renewal/Classic).
4. On the Kafra Shop/Cash Shop window, click on Buy VIP & Points. You will be redirected to Steam overlay.
5. Proceed with the desired purchase amount accordingly.

Should you run into issues with the payments or account purchase status to contact WP payment support department.

I tried to buy WP last week and I received this email:

So, I understood that, now I'm able to buy WP through credit card, but still, everytime I try to buy it it says I need to wait for the same verification and review.

What am I doing wrong?

It should be in the email assuming you have gone through the sending a ticket guide, if there is no ticket number then please respond on that email with a detailed description of the ongoing issue with payment.
