You will need to send a ticket to the GM team via support.warpportal.com. Since verifying your identity requires personal information and would pose a security risk, password recovery is not done through forums. Be sure to set up an account there to track your tickets.

I hope the ticket service error would be fixed for this matters. They can't fix errors if the ticketing itself got some errors. Sadly, I wanna play this game again but I can't send a ticket to recover my old beloved account. I am once from GalaJuan guild member way back 2015.
