Lets say I killed an Angeling and turned in the quest, would I be able to take another quest to kill angeling and still receive the another 5 silvervine reward?

Yes, you can keep doing those same mini-boss quests until you hit your monthly Silvervine cap on that character.

i might do this on endless tower lol there is competition when u did this on the fields esp yuno field 4
