well i havent played RO for awhile im coming back cuz of the renewal and i want to play a rogue. I just need help with a build like stats as a theif then into a rogue and what builds are best etc and i found a leveling guide on iRO wiki ill follow by that mostly and like if i should get anything from the kafra shop that would help or be beneficial to helping me level or eventually PvP.

There is no best build for rogues. Problem with rogues is that you need to be specialized since it can go to so many directions.
General rule of thumb:

1) dex is important, i would say it's the primary attrib for divest rogues and later paint-using chaser
2) vit is generally needed for pvp
3) int for caster-type

and so on, sry for pointing the obvious. But it begs the question which path will you take?

well i figured ima go just str and agi dagger. but now i need places to level since the guide is outdated so if you can post a leveling thing it would help

10-20 - spores, snakes, wormtails
20-30 - culverts
30-40 - yoyo, smokie
40-50 - byalan
60-80 - piramids, sphinx, hodes, sandman
80-99 - harpy till 90-95 then magmarings

this was my leveling area, as for monsters look up RODE-R from spawn areas.
