Would it be possible to make Costume Smokie Knit Cap enchantable?

Can I ask? I was wondering the bonus enchant on upper helm that has atk 1%. It says that the bonus of 2% atk can be achieve if there is a middle and lower costume with 1% atk enchant. But the BIG QUESTION is there is no atk enchant on lower headgear. Is it still possible to get the another 2% atk bonus? Or it cant be?

I think what you are asking is not possible. That 2% ATK enchant is only when a costume headgear takes up both the UPPER and MIDDLE slots and thus you are able to enchant it twice with their respective stones. So, even if there was a ATK Stone (Lower) and you had a costume headgear that took up all three slots, you still would only be able to max out at 3% ATK enchants.

C Fluttery Butterfly and C Bow on Back please. They look so aesthetically good on my Ranger that I do not want to get any other costume anymore aside from those two as my Lower and Garment costumes respectively.

Follow the weekly maintenance threads (first post) to see which costumes are being made enchantable each week. WP's plan is to make all costumes that don't already have built-in effects enchantable, and they're going through ~50 costumes each week.

Suggestion to make enchantable: 

1) Angel's Ribboned Wings
2) Flying Katashiro

Not sure why these were left out when those after and before it are enchantable. 

PLEASE MAKE ANGEL's RIBBONED WINGS ENCHANTABLE. THERE ARE ONLY SO FEW DECENT GARMENT COSTUMES AND SO LESS IN NUMBER ON MARKET. PEOPLE ARE ALREADY REPLACING ENCHANTS RATHER THAN BUYING NEW ONES. Dont leave the good ones out!! Make the sprites more diverse. I'm tired of seeing and using AAWs, Valk wings and Happiness wings everywhere.

Note: If you ask me you should just make all garment costumes enchantable. They are so few in number compared to other counterparts making them rarer in market. and we keep getting more new costume enchant stones that there aren't enough decent costumes to use them on.

Why are some costumes un-enchantable anymore? I waste a lot of zenny for a costume that I saw was being sold already enchanted. When I tried enchanting myself, it didn't work. Please update costumes! There's so much shortage of supply specially for garments because of the new class stones!!!
