100% Long Range Damage Reduction

As per title, is 100% long-range damage reduction achievable with gear and cards?

 

I was testing attacks in PVP and noticed that my all my ranged auto attacks and skills missed on some players (Ranger, Sura). Melee pokes still hit though. I know I have more than enough crit and hit rate, so I'm trying to figure out why they missed. Pneuma was not cast.

 

Some items I know of:

 

Palace Guard Cap: ~5-12%

Woe Set: 20%

Imuke Upper Shield: 35%

Noxious Card: 10%

Alligator Cards (x2): 10%

Long Mace: 10%

 

Total: 97% Ranged reduction

 

What other range damage reducing items are there? I'm certain I'm missing something here.

i thought palace guard cap didnt have a cap limit? if it does, its not listed in the description

Thank you for this thread because I am also wondering why I always miss to some players even though I have switched to various elemental scrolls in my range attacks.

Ranged damage is an end point damage mod, both increasing damage of YOUR ranged and reducing damage of others.

 

So if you have 100% ranged reduction, and someone is hitting you with a ranged attack, no matter the element, it will miss.

Ranged damage is an end point damage mod, both increasing damage of YOUR ranged and reducing damage of others.

So if you have 100% ranged reduction, and someone is hitting you with a ranged attack, no matter the element, it will miss.

fyi, people now reach 97% human reduction, while Acolyte class reaches 100%.
97% human resist >>> 100% range resist in PvP.

fyi, people now reach 97% human reduction, while Acolyte class reaches 100%.
97% human resist >>> 100% range resist in PvP.


88%* for most dagger wielding classes
~91%( feasibly possible) for suras
~94% for archbishops

nope. my RK is at 92% resist. a sura friend at 97% and a sura foe was at 99%

also witnessed a 100% resist AB. everything misses except skills that ignore reducts e.g. HP GoH, Ranger explosives etc.

forgot militia gloves were a thing, still, only 4% above the aforementioned numbers
