I see wars 1.0 are dead, my idea would be to put wars 1.0 without being able to use items Gods, cards MVPS and Mini Boss, this would greatly encourage those who already play here, and who does not play more, bringing more people to the server.
This almost sounds good, except it wont change anything, and it will only make people that worked hard to be upset. People without god items and mvp might become less motivated to play or MVP if the items will not be used in an important part of the end game. I am also concern about the people with special powers that can see people without slotted top items. Since they won`t get punished it will just give them advantage and motivate other people to develop special powers.
I have made this solution before but it would require staff to manually do something every maint. I don`t think it will happen, but the idea is that the second hour of WoE 1.0 he castles randomly end WoE 1 at a time within that last hour. This will force people to defend the castle if they want it. NOT knowing when and which castle will drop. Causing fights yay o/
I would also like to add that some treasure castles need good loot at very low chance. Even a Blue Twin would motivate some people to fight for that castle. This will maintain interest in ET for the red and staff.
I also recommend on each level of econ a prize:
at 15: a special map access. It will have no use on it's own, except maybe 1 random MVP (or bloody branch auto used on enter map) This can be done 1 time after midnight by any guild member.
------in the center a npc that you give a "bloody key" and he summons a boss for you.
at 25: treasure chest from castle can drop a "bloody key" at low chance. 0.1%
at 50: "bloody key" chance increases slightly to drop 0.5% and special item "blue twin" can drop at low chance 0.3%
at 75: both bloody key and special item increase chance 1%
at 100: the chance of both items go to 3%
Would also like to propose a tournament that can be used to try this no MVP, mini and god.

Guilds will be given points for castle status
1 point per castle you end woe with on 1.0 woe. If your guild have multiple gilds with same name they will not stack, you must use the same exact guild without breaking it at any point.
5 extra points points if you you held the castle all woe
10 extra points if at the end of the woe your econ is 50 or higher
50 extra if 95 or higher econ
Prizes can include:
package 1:
1+10 enchant on an item that can be normally upgraded (has to already be +4 or higher). Item has to be provided by player
package 2:
5 +7 enchant on an item that can be normally upgraded (has to already be +4 or higher). Item has to be provided by player
package 3:
50 seeds
50 berrys
100 of each snack
package 4:
100 of each converter (scrolls)
100 royal gellys
50 cursed waters
25 holy scrolls
25 holy waters
guilds can get at the end of 15 weeks:
1st place: 2x package 1, 3x package 2, 5x package 3, 10 package 4
2nd: 1x package 1, 1x package 2, 5x package 3, 5x package 4
3rd: 1x package 2, 3x package 3, 3x package 4
4th-7th: 2x package 3, 2x package 4
8th-15th: 1x package 4
All prizes above your guild must have 15 points to qualify, this to stop alts to get supply.
