I play on server 49-50 and all npcs on normal maps are frozen and don't fight back and sometimes potes on auto-play are not used and not buyed.
All Npcs are frozen !

Hello, I believe you have posted in the wrong section, this is the RO RE:START section of the forums. Which game are you playing? This sounds as though it might be RO Journey?
If it is indeed RO:J, the staff are aware of this problem and a post on Facebook has been made acknowledging it. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly.
