Returning to iRO after 7 years, I've come back and noticed that I have TWO characters that haven't been carried over from Valkyrie but the others did. I put in a ticket on Sunday and have yet to get a response. Is there anyone here who can help me?

Hello,
Characters were not deleted during Ymir/Yggdrassil/Valkyrie merger, with the exception of novices located in training grounds. If this does not apply to you then I wonder what happened. You can PM me the ticket number for a follow up request.
