30 Burning Hairs. After giving him the hairs, he sends us to meet Krisitin Glisterine.
Kristin needs us to gather 
10 Live Coals
After turning in the Live Coals, you are rewarded with 
20 White Potions, and 10 Fly Wings. You also get the ability to make fireworks with Kay D Kaboom.

15 Burning Hearts - 10 White Potions OR

We've unlocked a few things now, so first up is Chefcular Meow.
Chef Meow allows you to trade some items in for more rewards too!

50 Burning Hair - Chef Special ( +7 to all stats 30min)
Lastly we have Lt. Don.
Lt. Don wants to study the effects of fireworks on the Umbalan's, so he asks us to gather some items for him.
We need:

25 Brown Root
He rewards you with....

Then we are onto our second task.
We have to head to Umbala and meet up with Private Woods and Buddy. They are right next to the south portal. /navi umbala 141/89
We need to head south one map and find a missing report.

Talking to this will warp you back to Lt. Don in south pront field.
When you talk to Lt. Don your options don't matter, but he will teleport you back to Umbala after to chat with Private Woods and Buddy.

Here we need to find 3 more piles.

Return to Private Woods and Buddy, and be prepared to fight!
He summons 2 Kasas and 4 Headless Mules.
After that, talk to Private Woods to be teleported away to finish things off!
We find ourselves in a Kukre-less cave, where we must fight Ifrit! Only Ifrit is a Baphomet....
After finishing Ifrit off, get warped back to Lt. Don and talk to him to choose your reward!
