The maintenance was performed on Tuesday, and for this reason spawn rates in low/mid TI maps are already terrible even at this time speaking. Until you are willing to disable the tarot card effect of ROR, maybe consider restarting TI map at the end of week? This way the spawn rate will be back to normal at least for the next 2-3 days, otherwise ppls will just be ever more frustrated and raged at the nonsense of TI maps. Please make it happen.

At some point it was suggested to have timely map resets, this idea was discouraged however to avoid issues that may bug the characters.

Still not as annoying as getting a bug where character data stops saving and the whole server needs an immediate rollback
.

If its mine, I submit a ticket and they will take care of it within 24 hrs, problem solved(unlike this one that they will never fix until maintenance, and then same cycle repeats). Also it wont hurt to notice the ppls in game 30-60 mins ahead of time that the server will reboot, they did this in the past when something urgent had to be performed. If you cant log off because you are afk leveling, thats the risk you have to take, you may end up with a bugged char and have to submit a ticket to them to fix it.

Just announce in game 10 mins before resetting the maps. Only AFK players wouldnt log out and bug their chars lol
But ofc, WP wouldnot do anything to disturb AFK leveling folks

They will just wait til next maintenance as usual.
Totally ignoring the issue we are playing.
its from wise to accept have no idea how to solve, and do what is in your hands to help the situation, but the negation even to answer to the hand that feeds you have no name.
Wonder if an action (reset the TI maps/zone) will take place today, coz its needed with URGE!
Having the 4 days VIP free as "compensation" worth nothing if you cant level at High TI, will we have other "compensation" for the every week issue?

Its a suggested solution, but not a fix.
However, any map is able to being bugged, but Turn In Maps are wich directly affects the major players, its where everyone leveling from 70 to 150, I mean, EVERYONE. and the issue affects directly to all those players between said levels.

So long as nothing changes, then whatever problems that occured before map restarts will only inevitably come back some time after.
Focusing on finding the root cause is still the best direction to go for imo

In fact, the actual cause could be something completely different.
Consider this theory:
If, for example, there are a max of 100 monsters in a map. And all 100 of them are dead at the same time. Then players that check the map at that time will think that there's no/less monsters and that the spawn is bugged. When in actuality, the monsters are just busy waiting in pre-respawn limbo.
But without proper testing, we will never know

Storm Gust has caused monsters to disappear in the past on iRO already (something with the Frozen status), and was appointed as a cause of similar bugs in other servers, There are some post death effects that make some monsters bug no matter what, like Shinobi's copy of himself on death.
RoR is the scapegoat at the moment, but it could very well be just one of the things making it happen.

So maybe the frozen status might be one of the culprits afterall?
And there's a lot of autocast gears that also autocast Frost Nova.
There's even more if you look for all gears that autocast skills that can freeze.
Oh and I can also confirm that if the monster gets this bug (becoming an uninteractable immortal entity with the snowflake icon in the client window), the same bugged monster doesn't show up for any of my alternate characters in the area.

Its a visual bug, teleport make it dissapear (like refresh the screen)
Also, you can make it dissapear by continuing clicking on it many many (really many) times, until somehow the client figure outs and try to attack and it dissapears.
IDK if that correspond to some stuck mobs, tbh I doub it, coz it means around an autocaster should have many ghost like this, and it doesnt happen if I leave my AFK players. btw i stop afk leveling due to severity on this issue.

From what I have gathered this far, they cannot reset the zones midweek, at least not this week till maps settings are updated, see my post here. This is because the zones may host instanced sessions in which are allocated randomly.
And bugging characters is far worse to be honest, the users will not be able to access or use them at all for some time.
