I was wondering on how to get the green costume hat in game and I was told that I need to submit an artwork (decent) here. Can someone give me advise on the mechanics and on how it works?

At this time, the headgear can only be obtained through other players (in-game purchase). The artwork events and various others were for a limited time only, we may have similar events in near future.
