Doesn't iRO's Terms of Service still require players to be 12 or older? I remember a long LONG time ago (Oda era) that a guild leader mentioned their children play and I learned that 12 was the minimum age to play here.

COPPA requires you to be 13 or older to even make an account anywhere, so if there are kids playing, they're either on someone else's account or they lied when they made their account.
