I think it's the monsters that appear at certain points of prontera aldebaran alberta and etc.

The trick or treaters from previous years? I thought it'd be that but I looked around and didn't see any, unless i went to the wrong spots

Totally agreeing with this, please increase the drop rates! The other suggestion of making the presents account rather than character bound is also a good one. Those rewards are too lovely, and it would really suck if only botters were able to afford them.

Is there a chance that the event "Blood in Prontera" come back like these days?I  ask it because it only lasted 2 weeks and in the first week there was no reward up at all, so I missed that awesome costume T.T. Please WP, non of our events lasted 2 weeks T.T, thank you

Used to get that error before. But on firefox.
I managed to get past it by disabling adblock (was using bluehell firefox add-on) only for that session.

i had same problem, weirdly enough. going to geffen the new bounty boards actually take your old quests and give rewards.. like theyre some kind of hybrid? anyways.. they arent in pront, head to geffen and they are near the tool dealer
