We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. We highly recommend contacting Warpportal Support immediately at support.warpportal.com. In the meantime, are you receiving any errors when you attempt to log in?

Have you tried temporarily disabling your virus scanner? You may need to create an exception so that you may run the game normally.
Also as a heads up, you will need to contact Warpportal Support through support.warpportal.com. The Ragnarok Online 2 Facebook is not Warpportal Support and can only assist with very limited issues.
