EAC keep giving dll errors, picks at random on the installation folder. Removing the dll only makes the EAC pick another dll

This is a known issue, please disregard it for now.
It will be fixed. Make sure to launch the patcher to make sure you have received the necessary files.

what about the untrusted file notification in eac when closing the client any news?
