Name of item/skill/NPC with issue: +10 Quadruple Kingbird Pike vs +10 Double Bloody Double Boned Pike

Type of Issue (choose): Damage calculation with ranged physical attack.
Describe the issue: I tried comparing the damage of shield boomerang and rapid smiting using two different pikes, one with 4 AS cards and another with 2 Hydra and 2 Skel-worker cards, and they returned essentially the same damage for each skill, +/- 5%. I was wondering if there was an overlooked bug on the damage modifier on shield boom and rapid smiting since theoretically the DBDB pike should give off more damage.

Describe the issue: "Unable to sell due to exceeding limited price of purchase stall" There is a Buyers Shop at Prontera (123, 78) tring to buy Stawberrys for 6500z but if you try to sell even one you get this menssage, I asked about this to other players and they said that it is probably a bait to sell and that the same person is in Prontera selling Stawberrys for 6000z, shouldn't the Buyers Shop just close if he cant buy any more?

Name of item/skill/NPC with issue: Smith Axe

Describe the issue: To forge a Two-Handed Axe is costing 20 Steel instead of 10.
I was trying to make some elemental axes b4 reborn, I used my free reset to get the forging skills and 99 DEX and LUK, then I tryied to make 1 fire elemental and 1 wind but both failed, with the lv, stats and skill I had it should be around 72.6% chance of success according to calculator I used, so maybe the the forging % is wrong to or I just have very bad luck, it would need more tests.

But the main problem I just saw after when i tried to make the third Axe and got a msg "You can't create items yet"

I didn't know what was wrong so I went out to get more of the items needed to forge the axe and after that i went back to try again, but this time I recorded the process and saw the problem



I have the video I recorded the last time forging the axe if it helps, unfortunately I forgot to add the elemental stone this last time =(

Describe the issue: Nyailo does not spawn in the Nyailo cave memorial dungeon (Noodle Festival), hence no meatballs can be gathered and the series of quests cannot be finished. Ripe watermelons also do not drop promotional fans in the cave so the quest by Helper Lami might not be completed later on.

When i try to install one of the many packages through the patch client for RT it says "failed to get 2020-08-20data_gm_r.gpf file." So far all the other patches were successful in downloading, except this one. Please GM's take a look at your patch client for RT and repair this broken package and any others down the line. I tried reinstalling and downloading the most current (7/31/2021) installer client through the DLM on the RT site and I still get stuck at the same package listed above.

Describe the issue:   Upon entering Old Glast Heim instance, our characters were trapped in a bug that repeatedly crashes RT upon character Login, making it impossible to use the characters

All Scuba Set, including Scuba Mask. Suffer Swimsuit and Oxygent Tank are out of effect, they didn't show any information that those will be disabled after event. They also need redfine to unlock it's function, so I suppose it's a bug

Type of Issue (choose):  Quests cannot be completed / quest entry stays after complete Friendship Quest at Lighthalzen
Describe the issue: 

 

Escape from the reality, into the broad world Quest starts at Alberta NPC Iromo and NPC Iromo's Mother and cannot be completed, bcs its required Friendship Quest and Shadow Quest (Rekenber Job Quest) to be completed. To complete Aberta Iromo's quest we have to mention the adventures in these two side quest (friendship and shadow quests at Lighthalzen. Shadow quest can be completed and this pop up at Iromo's end chat windows, but nothing about Friendship Quest, yes it can be completed but nothing changed at diary, and quest entry stays at "Digotz's message", and nothing changed after quest complete maybe its a issue.

Describe the issue: When you are trying to open it, it will not give you item instead it keep coming back in inventory and sometimes it will gone and when relog it still in inventory.
