Is that the only error that comes up? And yes installing the game on another device then moving it to another can work, though if the issue is coming from the device itself then it may not help. Give it a try though.

At the begining  the setup was all blank but after I actualize the drivers stoped. 

 

it also apears after I press ok to the "cannot init d3d or grf file has problem" an alert from Anti-Cheat telling that "the file version is unknow (C:\Program files (x86)\Gravity Interactive, Inc\Ragnarok Online Transcendence\dbghelp.dll)

- sorry if's not exactly right I had to translate it)

 

This started to happened after I drag this files to the transcendence folder... any insights about it?

 

If's nothing goes right I'll try to copy from another computer.

So if EAC detected a file as 'unknown' or as 'Untrusted system file' then, that file may not be digitally signed or out of date. If it points to that file in specific then this is the first time I have seen this error. Normally dbghelp.dll found in RO folder is not really needed and can be safely removed. That's said, dbghelp.dll should already exist on your system but if it's corrupted then it is possible this error may occur. May want to check problem #5.b posted here. Check first if your method works if not try the linked suggestion.

 

Note: Since your issue is not a patching error, I will be moving these postings to cannot init d3d pinned topic here and proceed from there.

• Setup.exe is properly configured under Administrator privileges. If the listings in Setup.exe are empty then it is either due to launching the app without admin or outdated/not supported drivers.
  To make sure Setup.exe is always ran as an admin, follow these steps:
  Right-click the file > Choose Properties > Choose Compatibility tab > Choose run this program as an administrator.

 

 

Try to set as administrator the following files also:

 

Ragexe.exe <= Gravity\Ragnarok Online folder

Ragnarok.exe <= Gravity\Ragnarok Online folder

WPLauncher.exe <= Gravity\Ragnarok Online folder

EasyAntiCheat.exe <= Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat folder

 

 

 

 

• If "Cannot init d3d OR grf" is combined with EAC error "Untrusted system file..." then, look into updating the graphic driver from its respective manufacturer website instead of Windows updater. In some cases it may be necessary to downgrade the drivers by a version of 2 but always look for updates first for security concerns.
  ★Note: If you are getting a different EAC error please post the full error message here to investigate.

 

Check the specific file described in the Untrusted system file. In my case, it's igdumdim32.dll which is part of Intel Graphics driver so I updated it to the latest version and it fixed the problem.
