I can't seem to find a way going to Lighthalzen to get the bioethics skill.

 

Am I missing something?

Start with Kellasus, he is inside Alchemist HQ in Aldebaran.

The related NPCs should already be relocated within the HQ.

There is no Custom AI for Homunculus in RT right?

No, you can use AzzyAI though for basic stuff and better performance, the automated kills will not work though.

I have only tested AzzyAI in the closed beta, so it may or may not function the same in this client. Give it a try if you want to.
