On the servers I was playing, to learn the Arrow Crafting skill I must talk to npc kyulnari, which I am not finding, does anyone know how to do this quest on the trancedence server?
is there any guide

Did you figure it out? I found kyulnari in morroc town but he is not giving me the quest....

figured it out. im pretty sure you have to be job lvl30 to complete it, but Roberto is located at moc_ruins 118,99
