Hi,

 

I have download the RagnarokTranscendence-DLM and download the installer. But it always fail at the last bit usually a couple mb are unfinished. then I got error with reliable data corrupt message.

 

Please help to fix it.

I have download the DLM from dropbox but it still have the same problem.

 

It is not the DLM has problem. it is the problem while I am downloading the game installer.

Hm, Reliable source servicing corrupt data is a generic error to installer programs. I do not know what triggers it.

So may want to try a couple of things:

1. Ensure your connection is capable of downloading files, if using metered connection with little allowance for the day/month then it may not work.
2. Delete RO installer.
3. Restart your device.
4. Reset Windows IE settings, guide can be found on Microsoft support page here.
5. Re-Download the installer again, either from official link or my dropbox link
6. Launch the installer as an admin, ensure it is not blocked and is whitelisted in your AV application.

If the error remains, I'd suggest trying another internet connection to download and patch the game on, or use VPN.

I've tried all your steps, and various others. Windows 10 Pro 64bit. All updates have been installed. Deleted the installer and re-downloaded multiple times, including from other sources. Changed where to download etc. Nothing works. Hits 28mb left and then gives me this error. Anything else I can try? Thanks!

Downloaded the zipped client and it happily installed. Thank you so much! 

 

Edit: Now it shows an empty service (server?) list and then fails to connect
