[Transcendence ] Guillotine Fist Cast Time

Guys, I need to understando one thing about Guillotine Fist.

Is the cast time fixed? Can't speed it up with Suffragium, Magic Strings...

I have 90 Dex and am still casting for 2 seconds..

 

Is it a bug or is is supposed to be like that?

 

I didn't play this game for like 5 years but I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that before.

1(fixed)+1(varible)

 

you need 530 caster points to nullify variable cast time. int + (dex*2) = 530

 

so it'll always be 1+ .XX seconds

On classic dont make sense this delay the should try to bring to classic normal status or monk will be useless

they shouldn't try to bring classic stats

wait until WOE and see all comunity blaming the server about the only character that can kill someone beyond wizards being totally useless

that statement shows how out of touch with the game mechanics you are currently. Maybe wait and try it out. 

No denying that monk won't be the same powerhouse it was back in the day, but that's not an issue, adapt the playstyle, become a strong defensive backliner for example, instead of trying to change the server to acomodate for your personal preference.
