Missing NPC for step 2.10 of the Sign Quest.

 

There should be a portal there since there is no Umbala dungeon, unless umbala dungeon is bugged and should be available.

Either way, Sign quest cannot be completed.

 

Name of NPC is Cyon, from the guide at https://irowiki.org/wiki/Sign_Quest

I have sent a reminder today to get this looked into, as the rest of quest NPCs.

The quest seems completeable, as I saw someone opening the portal to Geffenia yesterday. There may be another way around.

 

My guess would be try to go to Umbala dungeon from the Nif side? Sounds awful, but it might work if it's just an issue of a missing portal on the Umbala side.

Oh neat, I will check in game for that one missing NPC. They may have fixed it or that, it is actually relocated.

We haven't gotten back to you as it is still under investigation, that's said, it was reported couple of users were able to finish the quest.

 

Did you check the nearby buildings for the NPC? I wouldn't personally advise using the navigation system as it's still inaccurate.

Has this been resolved? I cannot find this NPC either. I have scoured umbala on top of it all too. It's put a halt to the quest for me

  Mod Edit: The ingame navigation is incorrect, the NPC is found at /navi um_in 152/125. Also the quest can be completed.
