How to create Gift Card/ WP coupon? I cant find selections in the new powerup website

You'll have to send in a ticket to WP support then. Try contacting Cinnamon on the forums first to check if they are actually enabled or if its an issue on your side only.

I have contacted the head of the support team in regarding Gift Card page, right now and as far as I know the URL can be reached if you have it saved from before as there is no way to reach it from the billing page. Rest assured this issue will be looked into and corrected as I was informed. So to avoid any issue I'd ask that to kindly hold on buying the cards till we hear back from the team

There is no update as of this moment, as this is handled by a different department and they only service during normal office hours

Update:
As I was informed a moment ago, the page is being worked on. If you are getting an error then that's part of the work in progress.

Will post an ETA as soon as I am provided with one.

 

 

Update #2:
Error on "old" gift page has been resolved.

The option is still being worked on to be integrated properly to the new design.

Update:

WP Gift Code option is now properly included to the new design.

It should be available at the side window and in Power UP.

 

The design of the page itself has not been updated yet but you should be able to proceed with the gifting.

If you encounter any issue with the option to let us know.
