Scheduled Warpportal Service Downtime
On February 24,2020 - February 26th, 2020 the Warpportal team will be moving our system servers to a new location which is a process that will unfortunately cause all Warpportal Games and Services (websites, support systems) to be offline.
Services will begin being affected on February 24th starting at 10 AM PST, and be completely offline by 11 AM PST. We expect to be online again by Wednesday February 26th at 6PM PST, and will post updates to our social media once everything is back online. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime will cause and will be posting updates closer to the time this move will occur as well.
- Ragnarok Online, Ragnarok Transcendence, Dragon Saga and Ragnarok 2 are now accessible on both Warpportal clients and through Steam. Requiem is open through the Warpportal Client, but there are still some issues logging in through Steam at this time.
- Payment options and Power Up services are now up and available through both Warpportal and Steam services for Warpportal games.
- The main Warpportal and game websites are up, though our team is still working on some background issues, you may not be able to see images on game website posts, and the Warpportal blog is down at this time.

At this time our Support Team is asking that anyone who wishes to contact support regarding in game issues and concerns to please register an account on our Support page and send a ticket in via that method. At this time emails directly to support, and unregistered accounts sending in tickets cannot be replied to by our team. Please be sure when registering an account to do so with the same email used for your Warpportal account used for login.
