Can these items, specifically the weapons be used at any level?

 

Additionally are they worth the price?

Weps are for any lvl yes and are good for lvling up if you’re low lvl, fast grinding. The armor is for any lvl past second job. I’d say they are worth the price since they are just as strong as lvl 68 weps. Which if you’re starting off lvl 1, that’s lvl 1-67 not having to worry about a weapon.

If you have the Lant and can afford it I’d say it’s worth, if you’re trying to farm the Lant for it, I’d say just use the normal weps and wait till 68 when you can get the normal Biskra wep or 67 for Ruinhorn wep

The only way I can see farming for wep being useful is if you’re going to do FOC which the only one it’s viable in is 49 which doesn’t even run these days.
