my char warp to payon and disconnected. my other char is also in payon, disconnected when selected. they are both stuck. my other chars are fine in prontera and novice ground.

As soon as you open a offline shop, you are disconnected and can't login. Nice.

 

Edit: Only the character that has the shop open can't be connected.

Looking at the other comments I realised they are both in Payon, I guess that's the problem too.

We need a compensation for the waste of time on this quest, it should at least give 200-400k XP for the time invested, because this hat......

I like how at so many points during the Valentine's Day questline that they say they are rewarding us for our time, and here's your reward. Yet we get nothing until the very end. Not sure if this was intended or not, but it's a bit disheartening that I expected some form of reward each time they said they gave me something, except they really don't give you anything.
