Good morning!
We will need to bring down Ragnarok Transcendence between 12:00PM - 1:00PM today, Friday February 14th, in order to perform an emergency maintenance. This should not affect Renewal servers.
A fault was found with one of server's hardware. In order to prevent future issues and possible data loss, that hardware is being retired during this maintenance and the game shifted over to replacement.
