i got +10 MBS and i want to change to MBS[1]..

i will get +10MBS]1] or +0MBS[1]?

i get +0MBS[1] are now.. is hard i make it +10..

this npc norman is bug??

Try to send a ticket if they will change that to +10 MBS[1] since the NPC is bugged.

Try to send a ticket if they will change that to +10 MBS[1] since the NPC is bugged.

If he doesnt have a before screenshot with it being +10 there is no way they can verify it..

 

This looks particularly grim.

Nah im sure gm will track record them before it going to +0.
Who knows he/she will screenshoot/record everything in iro?
Just send ticket and let gm do their job

To prevent more tickets to GM, they should remove NPC right now if its broken, they can do it without maintenance

that yggdrasil leaf menu is not giving yggdrasil leaf for 1 emb but ??? instead. dunno wth was it giving but pretty sure the bugger already took advantage of it lol.

Yesterday i make a +10mbs[1] from +10mbs without problem. i dont have the new vip 10 days but using my leftover vip carry forward before hiatus

npc show i will get +10 mbs[1] but when i accept i get +0 mbs [1]..

Yes, Norman doesn't recognize the new VIP status.

 

It is planned to get this fixed during upcoming weekly maintenance (Feb 20th).

Users affected and who lost their Bunny Shield refine while having VIP status, to write in to the GM staff, they will help you revert the process.
