Hello,

 

So apparently with yesterday's update it's possible to learn the "Cart Decoration" skill for Merchants.

I went to prontera to see the quest but it keeps giving me this message:

you are not VIP Member I need at

least 50 Eden Merit Badges.

I do have VIP activated on my account, so what am I missing?

I will check with the staff, the NPC from Renewal required VIP or Merit Badges, the latter doesn't exist on RT. So the issue is that the NPC doesn't recognize new VIP item.

Same issue, can't learn cart decoration from the NPC because it thinks I'm not VIP.

Yes, this will likely get fixed at upcoming weekly maintenance.
