Well, the NPC Knight De Thomas (izlude_in.gat,175,130) for complet quest skill-platinum "Moving HP Recovery" (Swordman) are missing. I searched in the location and in the freature "navigation", but really the npc are missing.

Hello,
He's still located at that location, the navigation seems to be a little messed up in Izlude.
Go to the building at /navi izlude 52/134, then enter the room to the right. He's sitting behind the desk.
