Why do I lost Enchant of my weapon when i make a slot ? Is it supposed to be like this or is it just another bug?

Because, whether the socket enchant is a success or not, the old item is destroyed. If it's a success, you recieve a fresh new item (different item ID and all). Nothing gets carried over.
You can ask the same question about their refine lvls
The system probably wasn't originally designed with [options] in mind, which is why it probably doesn't even detect those in the first place.
